Technical maintenance for campsites and tourism facilities
A campsite combines electrical panels, bungalows, outdoor lighting, pumping, HVAC, pools, water networks, access systems, solar self-consumption and shared services. During the season, an incident must be resolved quickly, safely and with minimum disruption to guests.
Pre-season preventive maintenance
- Inspection of main, secondary and bungalow panels.

Corrective work and improvements
During the season we prioritize restoring service without leaving temporary fixes that are difficult to maintain. If an incident repeats, we investigate the cause and propose a stable modification.
Consumption and efficiency
Zone-based monitoring helps identify deviations in HVAC, hot water, pumping, pools and lighting and compare different occupancy periods.
Service area
Based in Tordera, we support campsites and tourism facilities in Maresme and La Selva, including Malgrat de Mar, Santa Susanna, Pineda de Mar and Blanes. We assess projects elsewhere in Girona and Barcelona according to scope and availability.
When should pre-season maintenance be planned?
Plan inspections before occupancy rises so there is time to assess equipment, identify improvements and schedule work that requires a shutdown. Dates are agreed with the campsite.

We assess electrical systems, panels, lighting, pumps, HVAC and automation according to the installed equipment and agreed scope.
